Abstract

Tissue transplant is thought as necessary treatment method in the field of general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and cosmetic surgery. The span and need of tissue transplant is growing. But this method has some serious ethical problem to dehumanize the dead body, so we need some ethical guidelines. The basic principles of tissue transplant are summarized as follow. 1) protection of the human right and prevention of de-humanization 2) clear informed consent 3)
confidentiality 4) safety and protection of the public health 5) cost and just distribution.
